Engineering Pump Efficiency
Aerators are used to remove or modify the impurities in water using two methods - scrubbing action and oxidation. Scrubbing action removes gases by allowing them to escape into the air through turbulence. Oxidation happens when impurities in the water, such as iron and manganese, become oxidized. Once suspended, they are removed through filtration.
Used for aeration of wastewater
Compact and self-priming propeller aerator.
Flexible and efficient low-speed mixer.
Agitator for process mixing.
Aerators and Mixers can be installed in most types of tanks, often without needing to empty the tank.
Aerators are offered in a submersible version, where the entire aerator is lowered into the tank, or “dry-installed” in which the aerator is mounted through the side of the tank. Both types of aerators can be supplied in stainless steel.
Since 2003, I have focus on industrial, commercial, and municipal applications with a keen interest in wastewater, odd liquid applications, lift stations, booster stations, non-clog grinders, choppers and AOD pumps. I am fortunate to have an incredible team, with expansive expertise, to rely on when tackling tough challenges where a unique solution is needed to get the job done.
